We may review, edit, reject, or remove content without prior notice. We do not endorse user or third-party content (listings, profiles, articles, events, testimonials, etc.).

Content standards for Opportunities, Events, Lifestyle, and testimonials are summarized below; we may apply additional rules in-product.

4. Content guidelines (summary)

By submitting content, you grant PSP the rights needed to host and display it on the Services.

5. Guides and third-party planning resources

The Guides area offers planning resources and tools and may reference independent providers such as Crystal Brook Advisors. That material is for general information and education only, not professional, legal or personalized planning advice. Any engagement with a third-party advisor is solely between you and that provider; PSP is not owned or controlled by Crystal Brook Advisors or similar partners.

Calculator or illustrative tools may show estimates only; consult a qualified professional for decisions that matter to you.

6. Third-party services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., event tools, content platforms, cloud providers). PSP does not control them and is not responsible for their security, privacy, pricing, or transactions except as required by law.

7. Intellectual property

PSP trademarks include Pantsuit Professionals, Pantsuit University, PSP, and PSPU. You may not use our logos or content without permission. You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the license you grant us.

You agree to indemnify PSP for claims arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by PSP’s gross negligence or willful misconduct where enforceable.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by New York law and courts, except where mandatory consumer law in your residence says otherwise. Users outside the U.S. agree to that forum unless prohibited by law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms and will provide notice for material changes as appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance where permitted by law.
